Everyone has a mother however not everyone still have a living mother. If you one of those that are still lucky to have a mother you better count your lucky stars and celebrate her. She brought you into the world, she fed you and she nurtured you to be who you are and in short she is your cradle. Why not show your appreciation by celebrating her and take her to a concert specially dedicated to the most important person in our lives.
Walter Sisulu National Botanical Garden will be hosting its annual Mothers Day Concert at the splendid Botanical Garden touted as Jozi’s #1 Outdoors.
Joe Foster who sings in English and Afrikaans will take the older generation through memory lane with his love songs.
Zandre Delport will entertain you with soulful music in her repertoire which reflects her penchant for African music including her remarkable rendition of Brenda Fassie’s songs.
Children will have a field day playing, jumping on castles doing face paintings etc. So this will be a fun day for the whole family!
NB as from 13h00 all garden visitors will be required to pay the set concert fees and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Due to the high number of visitors expected, attendees are urged to come early to secure parking and a good picnicking spot
