The correct number is 011-758-6840. Got the number from the Roodepoort Licensing Department.
Drivers license bookings have to be done in person and only on Monday, between 7:30am and 1pm.

I called 011-672-2100 @ 14:45 today 26/11/2010. It rang for approx 5 minutes. No reply. I then called Customer Service number 011-761-0130. It rang a while then went to fax mode. I'm trying to establish if my pdp is ready.
Do you guys work half days, where is the switchboard operator, does anyone ever answer the phones in this dept ??

My daughter passed her licence at the end of April and was told to return after 2 months to collect her license card. I phoned 011-672 2100 at 2:20pm on 26 July to check if it was ready for collection and held on until my phone cut off the call - about 10 minutes. My daughter doesn't have the petrol money to drive out there to be told the card is not ready. How are we able to find out if the card is ready.

I have passed for my licence on the 22 of July 2009.They have told me to come and fetch my licence card after 8 weeks,is there a problem if i can come later than 8 weeks.Is there any effects E.G like saying it has expired and i have to be tested again. From : ITANI BRENDA NGOMA
